UniMapper provides tech solutions for higher education institutions, including but not limited to:

• AI Tutor for personalized student learning support
• Exams Dashboard for academic performance analytics
• AI Assistant for institutional information access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any commercial purpose outside your institution
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action if necessary.

4. Data & Privacy

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to our services

5. Intellectual Property

The UniMapper service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by UniMapper and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your institution's internal educational purposes only.

All content you upload remains your property, and you grant us a license to use it solely for providing our services to you.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing and payment terms are specified in your service agreement. General terms include:

• Fees are billed annually in advance unless otherwise agreed
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Prices may be adjusted with 60 days written notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if:

• You breach any material term of this agreement
• Your account remains unpaid for more than 30 days
• We are required to do so by law
• Providing the service becomes unlawful or impractical

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to provide reliable services, but we make no warranties that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will meet your specific requirements
• All errors will be corrected
• The service will be available at all times

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIMAPPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Any damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:
